This section is taught by professional speakers with more than 10000 hours of speaking. The course teaches the fundamentals of great public speaking. It teaches how to overcome the fear of speaking as well as how to prepare for a spectacular performance in any speaking situation or presentation.
RELATIONSHIP SELLING
This section teaches the importance of and how to establish, Develop and Cultivate Long lasting Sales Relationships through integrity and trust.
CREATING A BUSINESS PLAN
This section teaches the needs to have Value Driven Goals and developing a priority Action Plan to make certain the learner obtains them.
PRINCIPLE AND PRACTICES & REAL ESTATE LAW
This section will be taught by a state licensed Real Estate Instructor with the purpose of the learner getting prepared to take the Florida State Real Estate Exam to obtain a Real Estate License.
RESULT ORIENTED TRAINING
This section covers the fundamentals of assessing training needs of an individual, organization or corporation. It teaches how to develop the appropriate training methodology and put metrics in place to make certain they are met and or exceeded.
REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGEMENT
This section focuses on training Sales Managers in all of the intricacies of running successful Real Estate Company
LEADERSHIP
This section will explore the types of leaders and their leaderships Styles. It also teaches how a leader can become more effective.
CORE LAW FOR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS
This section will be taught by a state licensed Real Estate Instructor and would satisfy the 3 hours of Core Law needed every two years for the Florida Real Estate Professional.
HOW TO SOAR IN REAL ESTATE SALES
This section will be taught by a state licensed Real Estate Instructor. It covers everything from soup to nuts to ensure the Real Estate Professional is properly prepared to succeed in the industry after obtaining Real Estate licensure. The course is approved for 11 hours of specialty education from the Florida Real Estate Commission.
HOW TO MASTER ANY MARKET
This motivational workshop is geared towards changing the minds and attitudes of participants that are in a slump and believe that there are no opportunities in the current market.
HOW TO GAIN THE COMPETITIVE EDGE
This motivational workshop teaches and provides the tools and techniques that are essential in winning in any situation.
