TEG uses a real world approach to teaching all aspect of the sales process from prospecting to closing. We use NLP techniques to reprogram sales people to get them over any sales call reluctance. We also focus on their presentation skills and the power of words and which ones to use in which situations. Through understanding the process of selecting and using the correct words during a presentation could make or break the sale.
TEG trains Salespeople on how to develop presentation manuals and proven scripts. We believe in lots of role playing and feedback. It is better to practice on each other versus on the client or customer. New ways of prospecting are explored, overcoming objections, as well as no nonsense negotiating. The trainees are trained in the process of qualifying and selecting better prospects. TEG teaches sales by starting with the basic theory behind the very meaning of sales. That is that a sale happens naturally without force when you promote the right product or service that matches the needs of the client or customer. If the client or customer has no need for your product or service then more than likely there is motivation to buy or sell what the sales person is selling at that time. Effective follow-up methods and techniques are also covered because time, situations and circumstances may change the motivation of the prospective customer or client.
