CoachesRichesR4U is a Thompson Education & Consulting Group company made up of Independent Consultant Master Coaches. With many years in the training and coaching arena TEG understands that part of a coach’s function is to assist in the development of a person or group of individuals that desires a change in their performance, behavior or with some area of their life. TEG starts this by first identifying the desired change then conducting a gap to goal analysis. This allows us to find out where the person is now in relationship to the desired goal or outcome.

Through a series of surveying questions we determine where the person is now and what changes in their performance they desire and assist in the crafting of a strategy to help facilitate the desired change. We at TEG know that it is much more difficult to change a thing than it is to change the process that led to that thing or result. We dissect the process understanding that the thing is a result of the process. Through a concentrated effort on changing processes  results for the person changes and so does their performance and their life.

In most cases the process change starts and ends in the person’s thought process and belief system. TEG knows by changing their thoughts we will facilitate a change in their things. Many people are creatures of habits and their issues lie in their habitual nature, fears and phobias that were most likely learned at some point in their life. Without changing the thoughts and life styles many people experience only a temporary course correction and eventually snapback into the original old thoughts and habits which are familiar, distractions and many time destructive to the possibilities of a permanent change.

TEG focuses on passions knowing that most life long changes occur because of the promise of some form of pleasure or the avoidance of some form of pain. Some behaviors and character changes may be deeply rooted and take longer to uproot and recondition the right behavior. This happens through our attempt to thoroughly understand the situation and or the person. Our exploration process starts and ends with questions asking why until the ROOT cause of the issues are determined or revealed. Once Revealed and the person having a deep passion or desire to allow us to go after that ROOT and pull it out permanently TEG crafts a plan with metrics and a review processes in place to remove the R. O. O. T. (Rehearsed Original Old Thoughts) and plant new seeds of thoughts which takes time to germinate before baring any fruit.

We focus on the Rehearsed internal dialog or the Original Old Thoughts knowing that the substance that bonds the ROOT to the ground is their Belief System. In our fact finding process we listen for emotions which is often the reason that the root is so difficult to pull out and remains for so long in their lives. Then the commitment portion of the plan is agreed upon making sure the person knows that the most important part of the plan is integrity or being true to themselves. Once the person is true to themself and commits to an activity based action plan and a feedback driven accountability system they have a greater chance of making the desired change and reaching the goal that they are striving to obtain.
