Kenneth Lewis is the visionary, founder, CEO and managing partner of Lewis Real Estate & Loan Services, Inc. (hereinafter “LRELS”) and Clearinghouse Capital Partners. He has been licensed for almost 30 years in California.

Kenneth was born and raised in Richmond, CA and is very well known in the community. He now resides in Solano County with his wife, Consuelo (who is also his business partner) and their 2 children. Kenneth is very knowledgeable and educated in the real estate market trends in California, as well as across the country. His charismatic personality allows him to successfully network in settings across the country with engaging meaningful conversation that attracts people to him. He has sales and negotiating skills that are second to none. Kenneth is well rounded in many areas of life including politics, economics, and athletics. His is also an avid Golfer. He is a very focused, no-nonsense, determined individual who believes in taking care of the small things, as well as the big things in life.

To many young men he is known as “coach” and is a mentor to men (young and old, alike). He has successfully coached youth players in baseball (19 of which went on to play major league baseball) and basketball (5 of which went into the NBA) throughout the Bay Area and has touched and directed many lives. He successfully founded and for 4 years lead a non-denominational Christian men’s fellowship group with a membership topping at 150 men; the Bold Warriors for Christ. The Bold Warriors for Christ mentored and counseled men in being better husbands, fathers, sons, and men of God. and provided community outreach.

He is a Board member of Fellowship Covenant Ministries International (FCMI), a Bishop’s Circle Member of TD Jakes Ministries, as well as a partner of Bishop Eddie Long’s Ministry. Kenneth has served on the Richmond Planning Commission and sat on the Planning Development Review Board (PDRB) for the City of Richmond. Kenneth travels and networks extensively, focusing on real estate investing and diversification. He is often called upon to speak at many local and national churches, schools and conferences. He has had several local and national radio and television interviews including 1190AM “The Light”, “Real McCoy Show” and “Man Talk” in Dallas, TX.

Kenneth’s real estate experience began in Alameda County where he worked with Trans Century Real Estate for several years and became their top producer and trainer of all of the real estate agents there. Then, he moved on to Fox & Carsgadon where he became their number one sales agent, affectionately known as “The Agent To The Stars” as many of his clients were celebrity professional athletes. While there, Kenneth also trained all of their new agents and became Co-Manager of the company.

Kenneth and his wife branched away from the traditional real estate company format and formed a real estate and mortgage company (LRELS). The Lewis’s were trendsetters for husband and wife partnerships in this industry well before it was commonplace for husbands and wives to work together.
While LRELS is still operating with standard residential sales & Loans, Kenneth has diversified thru Clearinghouse Capital partners, Inc., brokering, negotiating and selling multimillion dollar transactions, working with private equity groups, facilitating large REO packages, commercial centers, mezzanine loans, and bridge loans. For many years, he has lead and overseen investment pools consisting of lawyers, professional athletes, doctors and CEOs.
