Jonathan B. Adams President SKD Capital Corp has been in the commercial financing industry for well over a decade, including stints on Wall street and TRUMP Mortgage in New York, and have personally procured financing commitments for clienteles in excess of $200,000,000. in commercial real estate and corporate financing.

Prior to starting SKD Capital in 2000, he was principal partner and co-founder at NYMC Capital Corp., the commercial financing arm of one of New York city’s largest mortgage company called The New York Mortgage Company from 1996 thru’ March of 2000.

He hold a Business Administration degree from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York and did Financial Management graduate studies at the Lubin Graduate School of Business of Pace University New York. Over the years, he had participated in a number of business & financial seminars and programs.
