To step up his sales and management experience Mr. Thompson embarked on Retail Sales career with Footlocker first then Just For Feet where he became General Store Manager. At Just For Feet he set many mile stones selling most pair of Jordan’s at one time, turning a six figure store into a multi-million dollar store, and creating a new income for the store by offering Team sales to local High Schools. After his success in Retail he went back to Banking and became Branch Manager for US Bank. At US Bank he was awarded twice for his Branch Audits and was sent on several occasions to train Managers in Sales and Leadership. During this time at US Bank Don Thompson II started to find his passion and created Horizons LLC Sports & Entertainment. This is when he developed the 3E & 3P Formula to solve athletes and entertainers challenges, of the rigors of every day life. After totally creating his passion Mr. Thompson left US Bank and has loved every minute of pursuit of total Capitalism .
