David Medina has been involved in Real Estate for over 15 years. He has served in the residential as well as commercial arena and has been a Broker/Owner for the past 7 years. He had been affiliated with brokerages in St. Petersburg & Tampa, FL where his major clientele are of Hispanic descent.

During my tenure with these companies, I leveraged my leadership skills to lead, motivate, and manage a cohesive team of 60 realtors, agents and administrative staff, who in turn oversaw over 1,000 real estate clients. I specialized in turning-around challenging operational situations into opportunities for growth.

His former Tampa office, part of the Latino Financial Center included Realtors and staff members who are bilingual and bicultural and who catered to the needs of the Hispanic population. Most recently, David was a Regional Director in Multicultural Services, with Stewart Title Guaranty. His background & expertise are complimented by the excellent, vibrant organization of committed and dedicated individuals serving the needs of the varied ethnic populations in the region.

David recently served as President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals of Tampa Bay. It is one of only 3 operating chapters recognized in the state of Florida & has the largest membership of all the chapters in the state. Through determined leadership, constant diligence and member cooperation, the chapter has continually grown and recognized its obligation to the professionals who serve the real estate needs of the Latino population and continues to be at the forefront of leadership in the Tampa Bay area.

David’s background includes 5 years of working with immigrant groups from various parts of Latin America. Having served their needs as a teacher, educator, administrator, real estate professional and consultant he has assisted these newcomers in their arrival, formulating educational programs, assisting in their search for new homes and providing access to the many social services required in the process of starting their lives in a new land. Born and raised in the New York metro area, he currently maintains 2 MA degrees; one in Bilingualism, as well as Elementary Education and a BA in Psychology.

David has served on the national Board of Directors of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals). With this appointment he brings his background & experience to a new level. Working with elected representatives from Fortune 500 companies who represent a broad scope of experience, David was fortunate enough to be able to contribute to the mission & the obligation the NAHREP organization is dedicated to accomplish.
