A former VP and Southeast Region Director of Multicultural Markets for Stewart Title, working in that region to meet the needs of their bilingual and historically under served home-buyer and seller customers. Alan created aggressive, out of the box marketing strategies to increase brand recognition/awareness of the Stewart name in the Multicultural segments and under served markets. In the South East region, established emerging markets experts to target the client base, in order to generate orders and increase existing market share. He applied six sigma training methodologies, and developed a strategic plan to service emerging markets working closely with national, regional and local executives to identify, develop and maintain business partnerships to expand emerging market business. He maintains a data base of many external stake holders from groups like the 100 Black Men, NAREB, NAHREP, AAREA, Non profits, churches,Native American tribes, Builders and thousands of Real Estate professionals throughout the country

Responsible to drive low-to-moderate income borrower (LMIB), low-to-moderate income census tract(LMICT), multicultural & first time homebuyer (FTHB) lending within assigned CRE region. *Work with CRE(Realty Alliance/Builder) & Consumer leadership across the regional channels to develop market-level tactics to achieve LMIB, LMICT, M/C, &FTHB lending goals. (Goals set by Neighborhood Lending Strategies Exec.)*Monitor regional loan production for target segments and establish plan of action to address gaps to goals. *Develop & manage market relationships with regional external organizations, e.g. DAP& Bond issuers, to increase production. *Ensure sales training on products for targeted segments occurs in region. Planning, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics for client training sessions. Responsible for the design and implementation of successful roll out plans for the delivery of high quality,user-friendly training programs. Develop training materials, teaching aids,outlines, and curriculums required to deliver a training program in a relatively short period of time. Prepare in-house train-the-trainer sessions for trainers, salespeople. Responsibilities included developing and maintaining business relationships with customers and prospects within under served multicultural markets. He acted as a liaison between Retail,banking centers, wholesale and multicultural/ community organizations to generate loans and revenue dollars through networking.
Through interaction with internal and external stake holders through out the South East region, made positive changes and established best practices to ensure comprehension of emerging markets and more importantly, how to serve the under served market to reach Bank of America’s goals.
