Pauline McNeill Rivers, Ph.D. is an organization development and learning consultant.  She specializes in leadership training for managers and supervisors, employee and team development, and quality management consultation. 

Dr. Rivers has designed and delivered training and consultation programs for government and private sector organizations including:  the Federal Aviation Administration, Florida Department of Transportation, Lockheed Martin Shared Services, Florida Bureau of Labs—Tampa Branch, Hillsborough County Health Department, Pasco County Health Department, Manatee County Health Department, Polk Community College, Lakeland Jobs and Benefits, Positive Spin, Inc., Sacred Heart Hospital and Three Rivers Legal Services.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Florida.
